It affects approximately 1 in 7 adults globally, leading to significant impairments in quality of life and productivity. While pharmacological treatments are commonly used for migraine management, there is growing recognition of the role of individualized diets and supplementation in mitigating migraine frequency and severity. This course aims to explore the integration of personalized nutrition strategies and supplementation in migraine management, addressing the need for holistic approaches to migraine care.
