Jillian DiClemente, PharmD is the Pain Management Clinical Pharmacist Specialist at Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor, MI. She works with the Anesthesia Acute Pain Service and Addiction Consult Teams in the inpatient acute care setting. She is the Residency Coordinator for the Pain Management and Palliative Care PGY2 Residency Program and the Chair of the Michigan Medicine Pain and Opioid Stewardship Subcommittee. Additionally, she works with the Michigan Opioid Prescribing Engagement Network (Michigan OPEN) to support, share, and provide expertise in education and research in pain management.
