Jeffrey A. Katz, MD is an Affiliate Professor at the UNLV School of Medicine and serves as an interventional pain physician at the VA facility in North Las Vegas. He serves as director of research for their new pain fellowship program. Dr. Katz earned his MD and completed anesthesiology training and a pharmacology fellowship through Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, Illinois. His pain fellowship followed at the University of Cincinnati Hospital. He currently serves as a senior examiner for the American Board of Anesthesiology and is on the Pharmacology Committee to author questions for the USMLE.
