Chris graduated from the Utah Physician Assistant Program in 1999. After graduation he did several years of primary care, and then got into pain management which he is done the last 20+ years. Chris's been active in the PA community. In 2003 he found of the PAs in Pain Medicine, a special interest group of the American Academy of Physician Associates and is the current president. He is currently a board member on the newly formed Pain Management Advanced Practice Providers organization as well. Chris has worked in orthopedic spine surgery for the last 10 years, has lectured internationally.
