Jori Enfield, OMS-4, M.S., is an Osteopathic Medical Student and OMM (Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine) Predoctoral Fellow at Touro University California College of Osteopathic Medicine (TUCOM). Jori’s relevant leadership positions include President and Co-founder of GUSI (Global Ultrasound Institute) MedConnect and Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS) Instructor/Liaison for TUCOM, UCSF, and GUSI.
Jori is interested in innovative ways to reinvent healthcare, including hands-on, patient-centric, data-driven, and systems based models. He has experience working with AI at Google Health. He is leading the development of TUCOM’s first Data Science & Medicine Elective Clinical Rotation. He co-created Touro’s 2023 Integrative Medicine Symposium that reached over 100 attendees worldwide on the theme of the future of medicine.
His research interests include assessing the benefits of handheld, portable ultrasound probes for medical students on clinical rotations, as well as evaluating the efficacy of OMT (Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment) by monitoring long term trends in HRV (Heart Rate Variability) with continuous data monitoring wearable devices.
